Buying Process

1. Get Pre-approved– Speak with a lender of your choosing to determine your price range and obtain a Pre-approval letter. This will be required from any seller prior to accepting your offer.

2. Define Needs – Meet and discuss what your needs are for your home. Things to consider: Location, school districts, style of home, # of bedrooms, # of baths, price range, etc…

3. Search for your dream home – After discussing your criteria we will email you listings to view to narrow your search.

4. View Homes – We meet and take you to view homes that best match your criteria.

5. Offer/Contract – We help formulate your offer and negotiate it with the seller/seller’ agent to give you the best terms.

6. Inspections/Repairs – We help schedule and manage the professionals involved in investigating the home and negotiate any repairs that need to be made.

7. Closing/Recording - We offer you support all the way up to the day you close on the home. We will even attend the closing with you if you would like.
